Joint Consulate Film Screening: 50 Children – A Story of Historic Heroism 领事馆联合放映电影:50个孩子——一个历史上的英雄故事

In collaboration with the consulates of Germany and Israel, the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou is proud to present a screening of the historical documentary 50 Children: The Rescue Mission of Mr. and Mrs. Kraus. The film follows the story of two American citizens who traveled to Germany shortly before World War II to rescue dozens of Jewish children by facilitating their adoptions in the U.S. Please join us in Lincoln Hall at the U.S. Consulate at 7PM on Thursday April. 26 to learn about and celebrate this act of historic heroism. The film will include Chinese subtitles and conclude with a discussion facilitated by the director.
In accordance with new security regulations, any individual who is visiting the U.S. Embassy or Consulates General in China is not permitted to bring a laptop into the Embassy or Consulate General. Individuals, who attend our public events, should be prepared to adhere to this requirement by not bringing a laptop with them.
