Born in Yokohama on May 1st, 1981.
Made a major debut in July 2001, with the album 'hana' from EMI labels. First single 'I cry' produced by Kenneth Makuakane, Hawaii-based songwriter, came top in the request chart of FM station "102.7" in Hawaii for 12weeks in a row. Have released four singles and eight albums so far.
Music activities go beyond boundaries singing in English, Japanese, Mandarin, and have released CDs around the world from the US, South Africa, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Indonesia to Thailand.
Participated in concerts for J-ASEAN POPs in 2003 as a part of cultural exchanges between Japan and ASEAN countries, and held a solo concert as the first foreign singer in Guangzhou in China in 2003.
The second solo concert in China was held in the following November, for the 40th anniversary of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
Held a completely unplugged live at 'Ron cafe' at the top of Enoshima in Shonun in June 2006, supporing the "Candle night for one million people".
The live sound was then released in February 2007.
Participated in "SETSTOCK '07", summer festival in Hiroshima in July 2007. Released a new album 'Island Moments' covering the masterpieces of Carpenters in the following November, and showed a new aspect.
Also, performed at Hiroshima Flower Festival, Japan-China Friendship Live at Kanazawa Castle, and in 2012, performed at Hot Field, summer festival in Hokuriku.
Then appeared on stage at Grand Ole Opry in Nashville in the US.
