French Horn Rebellion
The fated pop collaboration of American brothers Robert and David occurred in 2009 when both siblings found themselves at a creative crossroads. Robert left his French horn post at the Chicago civic orchestra, and David put his career as a rising producer in New York on hold to embark upon an uplifting, adventurous synthpop world tour highlighted by this year’s celebrated debut album The Infinite Music of French Horn Rebellion. Two years ago the blogger and peanut butter baron got tired of what he heard coming out of the club speakers in Shanghai, and began DJing an eclectic mix of funk, disco, rock, hip hop, and dubstep. He now spins regularly at Dada, Lune, and The Shelter.abl
