Starting next week, March 22nd, at the shop: "Japanese bento lunch delivery Aikun", a project by Emi Uemura.
If your offices are located in the CBD, you and your colleagues are invited to take part.
On each appointed day, Emi will deliver lunch boxes in special packaging across the Central Business District (CBD). (see calendar)
The meals are each carefully made by hand, and limited in number to 5 individuals per day.
The meals and the packaging (basket and hand-stitched cloth) are a form of extended communication space, and are intended to give the people who place orders the means and inspiration to re-use and bring their own lunches to the CBD.
Emi has found that the CBD's eating culture could be approached in more creative and healthier ways; lunchtime can be an art space. Emi's interests and practices touch art, agriculture and anthropology.
Please see the menus for more information, and we look forward to your orders!
