　　印度草又名印度大麻。一年生草本植物。茎皮用作麻织品原料。可作催眠、止痛、镇静剂。或作为嗜好品吸食,其危害性略同鸦片。
　　印度草乐队成立于2007年，是一支受80、90年代摇滚影响深重的独立/另类摇滚风格乐队。他们将印度色彩、迷幻元素、重摇滚和一些儿歌节奏不露痕迹的融合在动听的独立摇滚中，形成自己独有的特色。而在不插电的歌曲中则表现得十分优美迷人。
　　现在的印度草拥有响亮而精致的另类双吉他riff配置，时而慵懒时而狂躁的主唱。此外，他们应该是国内独立音乐界的某个第一。这很值得骄傲。
