更适合雇佣程序员的人看

　　这本书是写给程序员看的，不过其实更适合雇佣程序员的人看，他们是任何想找程序员做事但无技术背景的人，最好看一下这本书。
　　
　　顺手摘抄其中一篇，讲到产品开发完找人测试：
　　
　　3. Don’tthink you can get through a full beta cycle in less than eight to ten weeks. I’ve tried; lord help me, it just can’t be done.
　　4. Don’t expect to release new builds to beta testers more than once every two weeks. I’ve tried; lordhelp me, it just can’t be done.
　　5. Don’tplan a beta with fewer than four releases. I haven’t tried that because it was so obviously not going to work!
　　
　　我曾经做过的一个项目，连同开发只有大约五周时间，结果给朋友看demo的时候冒出若干低级demo，朋友很不满意，直接导致最后项目黄掉了。如果当时朋友能够对bug宽容一点，或者我能把这段Joel的话给他看，也许就不会产生误会了。
