源于爱的面对死亡的勇气

　　今次的主题是死亡。
　　
　　由于是在童话般的背景下，死亡成功地被拟人化，战胜它也变得现实许多。最终，很多人死去了，比大家之前预测得要多得多。很奇怪的，看到最后，当他们一个接一个死去时，我不再像当初看到Sirius Black死去时那般痛苦，不再期望JKR让他复活，而是坦然地接受它。
　　
　　和死亡相关的是爱。七本书里最核心的爱情自然是Severus Snape对Lily Evans的爱，在它的光芒下，James Potter和她的婚姻变得甚至可笑。Snape几乎是为了Lily而存在的，他为了她轻易放弃了侍奉Dark Lord的愿望，他为了她而甘愿被Dumbledore纳入羽翼而利用，他为了她而舍命保护她的儿子，虽然他憎恨那个孩子的父亲。Snape的满腔委屈和感情，又有谁人知？他比James更早认识Lily，更早爱上她，只因一个个难以解释的误会而错过，最后她却嫁作他人妇？所幸Harry最终不但理解了他，敬他为最勇敢的人。
　　
　　和爱所联系的就是勇气。七本书里从头到尾从未畏惧过的恐怕只有Snape。Harry是每每到了危机关头才在很多死人的帮助下学会勇敢，Dumbledore也常常因为贪图力量而最终畏惧，Voldemort则对魔法之外的东西不屑一顾，最终对他最不屑的爱而屈服。只有Snape，因为爱Lily而从未畏惧，他的每个选择都是为了让Lily幸福和安全。他的Patronus是和Lily一样的一只异常美丽的银白色雌鹿，这个事实很让我感到震撼。要爱得多深，才能控制自己的Patronus的形状？JKR是非常看重勇气的，如果说死亡是第七本书的主题，那么勇气就是整套书的核心思想。Hogwarts的四个学院的象征各有不同，可她明显对象征着勇气的Gryffindor有所偏爱，在她眼里，勇气高于智慧，高于一切。
　　
　　每个孩子都是惧怕死亡的。就好像魔法世界里那个三兄弟和死神的故事一样，这七本书也是一个童话。JKR原本的意图就是把它写成童话，写给孩子们看的。她的女儿在这个过程中出生，因此我完全相信一个母亲希望自己的孩子学会勇敢，学会相信爱的力量，学会直面死亡的决心。这三样东西都是我所缺失的。这三段变奏曲合成了和谐的主旋律，它的载体也将因此而不朽。
