在豆瓣里，我对这部片子的评价是“力荐”。这并不代表我认为它完美无缺，比如我认为结尾处的转变有些突兀。但是作为一部电影，作为可以介绍给朋友观看的影片之一，我的推荐度还是很高的。
当然开始还是冲着尼古拉斯凯奇（Nicolas Cage），否则实在不会熬到凌晨，结果证明并没有白白熬夜。很多人都惊叹他的戏路宽广，想一想确实如此，如果你喜欢看电影，又看过些美国电影，那么一路过来，他的片子着实留下一串痕迹，我的印象是：《蛇眼Snake Eyes》，《变脸Face Off》，《风语者Windtalkers》、《火柴人Matchstick Men》、《国家宝藏National Treasure》、《天使之城City of Angels》、《战争之王Lord of War》、和这一部，一定还有其他被我遗漏的。
而这个“气象先生”带来的，就是一个噩梦，成年人的噩梦，这个我们正在期盼、等待、坠入的梦。这是一个典型的中年男人，有着不满意的事业，糟糕的婚姻，两个看似听话实则问题不断的半大孩子，颇有声望而对自己造成压力的业已患病的父亲，一切都混杂到一起，看似问题不大却百般纠缠，造就了那种典型的紧张、焦虑、不知所措的性格特征。
我看着他，觉得自己离他并不远。和他一样，一点点自负一点点虚荣，不够积极也不够耐心，容易幻想却不善表达，常常把小事搞砸，经常自责却不知路在何方，面对机会取舍难当......
如果看电影看到自己的身影，起码是未来的身影，那就绝不是一个娱乐事件了，但是如果进行对于“意义”层面的剖析，又矫情得令人头疼。
回到这部电影，我觉得音乐配得很棒，另外有三段台词很欣赏，摘录如下：

凡是有意义的事都不会容易。成年人的生活里没有容易二字。

我想象自己拥有所有这些品质，优良的品质．．．可以让人出类拔萃的品质。
但是随着岁月流逝．．．这些品质我差不多一个也没得到。
而我当初面对的各种可能性，和我可能成为的各式人等．．．也在年复一年地减少．．．
最后终于只剩下一种．．．那就是现在的我。
那就是现在的我．．气象先生。
l remember once...imagining what my life would be like,what l'd be like.
l pictured having all these qualities.Strong, positive qualities...that people could pick up on from across a room.
But as time passed...few ever became any qualities l actually had.
And all the possibilities l faced,and the sorts of people l could be...all of them got reduced every year to fewer and fewer...
until finally they got reduced to one...to who l am.
And that's who l am...the weatherman.

非常同意你的意见，我也觉得这个片子的核在“父子俩人在车里的对话”。人生在世，各有各的不如意，一味死扛或者老拉着一张长脸过日子，还不如不过；不然就放松点儿，该干什么干什么，好好干。说实在话，Nicolas Cage一直是我所不太喜欢的那种演员，就是因为老拉着张长脸、一幅终极忧郁的样子，这片子我是冲着演他爸的Michael Caine来的。但是他的形象确实很合适诠释片中的角色。

i really like this part, just like the words and feeling i once got in my life, yeah, we wanted to be some body when we were still young.
But the true thing is that you have to discard or quit your dream sometimes, leaving yourself a life that you are not even proud of it. you have to admit you cannot be the guy you want to be at that time in that you really don't possess the precious qualities you envied finally. it's so pathetic, but it is the real life.
actually i'm so nevous about my future in this period of my life, i'm so panic in thinking about my possible sad future, i really want to be the guy i dreamed to be when i'm older, even a glimpse or hint that i won't be success in the future will make me depressed.

凯奇风格迥异的一部片子，看得有些郁闷。虽然现在涉世未深，少年不识愁滋味，但给已经步入成年生活的我一些微妙的启示，乐观一点，豁达一点，变通一点，生活就会更美好一些。
或许过十年二十年,再看这片子又是一种感觉，谁知道呢。
