Fun, witty, and bittersweet. It is a fast read, but anyway it made my day.......

The success of this book lies on its marketing stunts I guess. Andrea is just so annoying! Halfway through it, I really wanted to jump into the book and strangle her! Can't you stop whining? If you dont like it, just quit. The movie is much more enjoyable as it omits all those unbearable blabbings in the book....... (3回应)

Sort of bumped into this book on Amazon. Out of curiosity I bought it. Turns out it is really a fun and thought-provoking reading. 20 years on, it seems nothing fundamental changes in this industry. I dont loathe fashion, but today, it more means consumerism than style. Well, cannt complain too much.......

This is a teenager drama full of trite plots in many ways I have to admit; and also as always, it is not much a real reflection of british teenagers. (I was told so by some of them).
