至少我观察到的，无论在巴黎的哪个街区，无论男女，只要上街的，都是精心打扮过的，哪怕就是点缀一条小丝巾，你也能感觉到是花了心思的，当时我就想在这样的环境中熏陶出来的人能不爱美嘛，能不会美嘛！到现在我都记得一位六七十岁的老头儿，周六早上七点半，牵着一条圣伯纳在街上散步，可他穿戴的考究程度简直象要去参加周末宴会，打着领带，西裤配短靴，羊毛格子夹克，加上一顶毛料的鸭舌帽，说起话来彬彬有礼的样子让我至今难忘。

没有可比性的东西是不能作比较的。你可以比较两个类似的东西，但两个截然不同的东西是没有任何可比性的。就像你比较C罗和梅西的身体：其中一个高1米90，另一个很矮小；一个天天去健身房训练，肌肉呈块状，另一个几乎从不去健身房；一个是惯用右脚，一个惯用左脚。总之，对没有可比性的事物作比较是很荒唐的，是不可能完成的任务。
