This one is from Green, 1988's cheeky album of the year. This song is here because it's one of the first really rocky tracks REM ever did. It's still light and fluffy, but it's no "Shiny Happy People". As for the song that follows it both here and on the album, I just couldn't bear to separate the twins. Anyway, "Get Up" is catchy.
