2个半月前,我曾经占便宜在MOO订了50张免费的business card,不幸的是,刚刚得到确认,到底还是寄丢了。3欧元的non-trackable的ship还真是不靠谱。这里告诉365的朋友们一声,想要寄给你们的卡片,又有得等了。 不过,在交涉的过程中,MOO的工作人员还是给我留下了很好的印象,第一,下单过程中由于我自己的原因设计出了点小纰漏,他们主动邮件提醒并给出了他们的修改建议;第二,经我邮件询问得知邮报已丢失后,立刻承诺免费复寄一份,邮寄方式选用trackable的ship,以避免此类情况再次发生。沟通全程主动、负责、无附加条款,不拖泥带水。要知道这是一份免费的体验试交易,服务能做到这个份儿上,我挺知足。 学习无老好榜样,把我和MOO的的邮件往来晒出来吧。我决定,如果收到的卡片质量也令我满意,虽然价格与国内相比并不便宜,我也会在将其作为自己在线印制的首选,让这种舒服的体验得以延续。 ***************************第一封邮件 MOO->ME************************************** Dear Zhang, We saw your cards after they were printed and the logo on the back was very small and cut off so we thought we would contact you before sending it out and check if this is how you wanted it. I have attached the PDF of the back of your cards, is this what you wanted?
