配速+ training plan

到这时我刚好总共跑过500mile/800km。反正是突然多了一个月得时间,我略为提了一点速度,可拼命地跑啊爬得也只能提高万米速度一两分钟是不是有些洩气也。预测到速度不可能再提高,索性先配速。剩下得好像只有跑下去了。。。对了,十一月八日万万不可再起晚了。


如一切都可计算到,那比赛应该没那么值得去参加,其实我估计要达到这个配速,还是需要拼掉半条命。传说中的20mile之苦,我还没有尝过,甚至目前算来我已经半个月没跑过半程,还不得不将上周末的半程推迟到明天晚上,实在很让人担心!其实我紧张什么?我在幻想中已经变成终生奔波的动物。
