1. Go to bed on time.

2. Get up on time so you can start your day on time.

3. Say No to projects that won't fit into ur schedule or that will compromise ur mental health. (不能没有原则的做老好人⋯⋯)

4. Delegate tasks to capable others.(嗯,不能太贪心)

5. Allow extra time to do things and to get places.(我总是忽略路上时间⋯⋯囧)

6. Less is more.

7. Simplify and unclutter ur life.

8. Pace urself (spread out big changes and/or difficult projects)

9. Take one day at a time.

10. Separate worries from concerns.

11. Live within ur budget; don't use credit cards for ordinary purchases.

12. Have backups (keys, stamps).

13. K.M.S.(keep mouth shut)(双子女最难做到的,有木有!)

14. Do sth for the kid in u everyday (看到这个顿觉悲凉。。。我们在努力想显得成熟时 已经丢掉了宝贵的东西)

15. Carry a paperback with u to read while waiting in line.

16. Get enough exercise.

17. Eat right.

18. Get organized.

19. Listen to relaing tapes while driving.

20. Write things down.

21. Everyday find time to be alone.

22. Having problems? Join a support group and/or see a counselor. Nip small problems in the bud.

23. Make friends with happy, mostly, non stressed people.

24. Keep a folder of favorite cartoons. (泛指为personal hobby所做的吧)

25. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is often a good night's rest.

26. Laugh.

27. Laugh some more.

28. Take ur work seriously but not urself.

29. Develop a forgiving attitude(most people r doing the best they can). (学会原谅别人,也学会原谅自己~)

30. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most). 我们往往看不到自己有时也是unkind people...

31. Sit on ur ego.

32. Talk less; listen more.

33. Slow down.

34. Remind urself that u r not the general manager of the universe.

35. Every night think of one thing u r grateful for that u have never been grateful for before.

36. Go to the beach and watch the sunset. (额。。。没条件的同学可以go to the mountain/roof etc.)
