It's tough to renature and purify inclusion body from bacterial expression, especially when the activity is unstable and the yield is too low. Fortunately, this trouble indeed troubled me. When I eventually finished it and came out of the 4-degree room, with so little wanted fraction in a so little tube in my shivery hand, I feel myself like the murderer in the "Perfume". A bad comparison?  Should I be like a hero training himself in the remote mountains? OK! I created a wonder and resaw the lovely sun. And I don't want to become the WangChongyang in "DongChengXiJiu".
