• Be responsible for the team training and encouragement
Requirement:
• Bachelor Degree or above. major in Finance or related
• 5 to 7 years experience in accounting, at least 2 years management stills
• Team Players with ready disposition to learn, Strong Leadship skills.
• Fluently English communication skills
• High degree of flexibility and creativity
• Good MS skills
• CPA or ACCA certificate holder 有CPA或ACCA证
Position 4:Korean CS
Responsibility:

Requirement:

岗位职责:

要求:

• 4至6年的BPO行业工作经验,至少2年管理经验

Position 7:Korean CS
Responsibility:
1. One-stop helpdesk for Channel relevant programs, promotions, tools in Client Channels, Client Services, Client Capital
2. Driving Channels program and promotion adoption by contacting target partners pro-actively via contact media and education of end to end processes
3. Communication of required information/update of programs and promotions with customization
4. Administration of Channel tools and program, and access levels
5. Periodic reporting of identified program, promotion, and tool usage
6. Operation support for program and process adoption
7. Being supporting country representative for channels operation and providing country and customer feedback
8. Project management of program, policy, process adoption for supporting country
9. Performing data analysis and providing enhancement ideas
10. Managing customer data for marketing and data operation
11. Being a virtual team member of local Channels operation/marketing team
Requirement:

Position 8:Transition Assistant Manager
Responsibility:
• Manage complex transitions
• Responsible for “on time, on cost” transitions with focus on client satisfaction
• Ensure that all transitions follow the framework and methodology
• Identify/ Manage risks associated with transition plans
• Review progress & report status of their Transitions
• Provide inputs for contract discussions
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources under them
• Foster a culture of transition excellence
Requirement:
• >5 years of relevant experience
• Atleast 2-3 years of Transition management experience
• Qualification - MBA/Post graduate/Engineer/Accountant
• Ability to manage transitions across domains – focus is on program management
• Strong leadership, people management, communication and client facing skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization
• Have good knowledge of transition methodology, Contractual aspects
• Ability to manage and resolve escalations
• Fluent communication in both English & Chinese (with Japanese will be added advantage)
