This essential and unique collection of Jodorowsky′s finest work includes the legendary El Topo and its follow-up, the visually stunning and completely unforgettable The Holy Mountain, as well as his debut feature Fando and Lis, a bizarre tale of corrupt innocence, sadomasochistic love and unattainable paradise, and the recently discovered short film, La Cravate.
Digitally remastered and completely uncut, the films are complimented by the 1994 feature length documentary, La Constellation Jodorowsky, two previously unavailable CD soundtracks for El Topo and The Holy Mountain, and a host of extra features, including commentaries, deleted scenes, and documentary featurettes.

Fando & Lis (1968): Fando and his partially paralyzed lover Lis search for the mythical city of Tar. Based on Jodorowsky's memories of a play by surrealist Fernando Arrabal.

El Topo (1970): Famed as the original midnight movie and one of the greatest cult films ever, “El Topo” is more than just cult, it is esoteric. Translated meaning the mole - the title refers to the story of a mole, spending his life digging tunnels to the sky, and when finally seeing the sun, it goes blind – the story is about a gunfighter, which path resembles the one of the mole, in his pursuit for revenge.

The Holy Mountain (1973): Following the success of “El Topo” as a Midnight Movie, Beatles manager Alain Klein produced “La montaña sagrada (The Holy Mountain)” with financial aid from John Lennon and Yoko Ono.
The story deals with a thief, resembling Christ, who is introduced to seven most powerful mortals, who then all travel to the Lotus Island to gain the secret of immortality from 9 immortal masters who live on a holy mountain, in order to replace them.
Both visually and symbolic, “La montaña sagrada” is a far richer film than “El Topo”. It is a feast for the eye and the mind, with its larger than life absurd surreal satire. It is bizarrely grandiose.

Santa Sangre (1990): Like some Fellini-esque nightmare, this heady mix of circus freaks (a tattooed lady, an exotic midget, sad-faced clowns) and weird religious and hallucinatory imagery (an armless virgin saint, writhing snakes, zombie brides) is pregnant with disturbing psychological undercurrents. Traumatised at an early age by a violent argument between his knife-throwing father (Stockwell) and trapeze-artist mother (Guerra), former child magician Fenix (Axel Jodorowsky), now 20, escapes from an asylum into the outside world.
