Position Title: 企顾司（中国）业务发展部实习生发展项目 (BDI)
Location: 北京
Summary/概述：
企顾司（中国）业务发展部实习生发展项目（BDI）旨在吸收最具发展潜质的年轻人才，帮助他们在早期的职业生涯中迅速提升综合职业能力、沟通能力、决策能 力和商业才能。企顾司每年在全球有数十名人才通过这一项目加入公司，为其职业发展奠定了坚实的基础。Business Development Intern program in Cegos (China) is designed to attract high potential talents and to help to develop their professionalism, communication skills, decision- making ability and business acumen in their early career stage. Through this program, around ten interns join in Cegos Group in the worldwide each year.

企顾司在中国的BDI项目今年正式启动。 每届BDI项目历时半年，内容包括大规模的培训、富有挑战的销售训练以及参与解决实际业务问题的项目。BDI毕业后，将加入Cegos在中国的业务发展团队。
BDI project, which is half -year program in Cegos (China), started from this year. It includes large-scale of training, challenging sales practices and problem-solving project. After graduation from Cegos, BDI will be qualified to join in the BD department.
Role and Responsibilities/工作和责任：
• 在Cegos业务发展部完成持续半年的电话沟通、市场推广等工作。
• Complete the half-year program through telephone communication, marketing promotion etc.
• 需要完成任期内的工作任务，并在每月考评中达到相应评价标准。
• Achieve the target, and meet the monthly standard.
• 参加全部要求的管理培训，并达到相应评价标准。
• Participate into the management training, and achieve the relative performance standard.
• 完成至少10个咨询培训项目（团队项目），并达到相应评价标准。
• Finish at least 10 consultative training projects (team projects), and achieve the relative standard.


Qualifications and Requirements/对申请人的要求：
• 大四或研二在校学生， 医药，管理学专业优先（男生优先）
• Senior students or 2nd master degree in Medicine or Management are preferred.
• 思维灵敏、逻辑清晰、有团队协作精神；
• Quick minded, well-organized and with team spirit.
• 有较好的书面、口语沟通能力（中英文）
• Good communication in both written and oral(Marine and English)
• 诚实可靠，积极向上，富于创新，勇于面对挑战和压力
• Should be honest, highly self-driven, creative, and have courage to face challenge and stress.
• 每周五个工作日，时间半年
• Can be able to work 5 days/week, internship can be able to persist 6 months
