【资源介绍】

这些资源是世界范围内一些优秀的动画短片合集，大多是欧美的，也有中国韩国日本等国家的（不过还是欧美居多）。这些动画短片全都是一个叫Beltesassar的荷兰教授多年收集整理，并在网上发布BT种子供人下载的。分为十五集，总共大概30多G的内容。
本资源的图片有一部分来源于豆瓣，一部分自己截的图。文字部分介绍大部分来源于豆瓣，有一小部分(黑体部分)是自己添加的。在此要谢谢豆瓣网。更要感谢所有文件的提供者DR.Beltesassar.

根据ZL斑竹的指导，决定不再另外开贴(此贴已经成了VC收藏人数最多的资源，很开心啊^o^，谢谢大家的关注与支持)，现暂停发放RMVB格式，全部放出原文件AVI格式。因为简介部分太长，导致主题帖打开可能会出现假死现象，所以将详细的简介部分放到相关小组——动画短片讨论组
中，对各位造成不便之处，请见谅。

终于更新完毕了，心里也安定下来了。整理资料太费时间了，加之这段时间自己的事情很多，否则早就能更新完毕了，请各位朋友见谅。因为动画太多了，加之过于仓促，所以其中简介部分难免有出错的地方，请发现的朋友给予指正，在此谢过。

此合集的14、15集也是原收集者后来添加的，现在也一并放上。特别声明：本资源1-13集由一位不愿透露姓名的网友供源分流的，在此向他表示感谢！14，15由本人供源。此资源的来源是国外的BT种子，如果有朋友想要种子，用Google搜索Beltesassar's Short Animation Festival一般都能找到。（1-13与14、15的种子是分开的）

RMVB版本的已经发布，需要的朋友请到这里去下载 《世界经典动画短片合集》(Beltesassar's Short Animation Festival)RMVB]因为RMVB格式的每部影片体积很小，加之文件众多，为了供源稳定，故将每集打成一个包，有诸多不便之处，请多见谅。

这个合集很伟大，收集者DR.Beltesassar也很值得我们尊敬，但由于种种原因，我国众多的优秀动画中，仅一部被收录，不免有些遗憾。Dash大大早在03年就发布了《中国经典动画系列》，在感慨外国众多艺术家令人赞叹的才华时，也不能忘了我们自己曾有的辉煌。
