什么叫影响力？影响力就是人家列一个单子里面有你读过的书而你列一个单子人家连听都没听说过这个意义上来讲金庸、王朔、钱钟书确实还算不上有世界范围内的影响力

至于毛竹席语录和邓小平文选就彻底是个笑话了否则人民日报还不必须得是最有影响力的报纸啊？

這個單子是有片面之處,但不是因為沒有中國作品。說真的,近五十年中國的確沒有影響全球的文字出現。鍾書先生的書,曰之片金碎玉皆可,討論到世界影響力,其寫作形式和風格已經自我設限了。金庸小說影響力是大,但是The Times Literary收的多是嚴肅作品,即使是小說,也要到達正統文學界「文學」水平才可行。

又,《第三次浪潮》是比較淺薄的一部書,還不夠資格上榜。

The Times Literary畢竟是全球最具影響力的書評雜誌之一。各人有各人的哈姆雷特,此單當然不能滿足每一個讀書人的想法, 但是至少可以說其中每部書,讀讀都是有好處的。
