刚才看NBC的论坛，发现上面有一个帖子

The opening to the Opening Ceremony was really inappropriate. The Olympics is something you should be able to watch with your children, even your small ones, but all I have seen so far have been protests, earthquakes, dead bodies, hurt children. I had to cover my sons eyes. I think it is an awful way to open the ceremony. There is a time for hard news, the opening to the Olympics is not one of them. I would think the Chinese would be upset with how they were portrayed in the beginning.

开幕式实在是很不适合。奥运会应该是你可以和你的小孩一起看的东西，但我看到的都是抗议、地震、死人、受伤的小孩。我不得不蒙上我儿子的眼睛。我认为这样的开幕式太可怕了。这些重要新闻应该在其他时间播，而不是开幕式。我认为中国人肯定会对他们被描述成什么样而感到不安。

Mine... the first 30 minutes ny NBC were quite boring. Looked like some hack in a studio used nothing but stock footage. Yawn.
The first 10 minutes of the actual opening... jaw dropping!!! the drummers were amazing and very creative.

Anyone else wish the commentators would keep quiet? Yes it is nice to know a few of the meanings but many of the comments have no bearing on the ceremony. So for the closing ceremony put a sock in it. Keep comments to a bare minimum. Better yet, how about a very small part of the bottom of the screen can be used to describe what is going on and the commentators not talk at all.
有人希望解说员能保持安静吗？是的，有点解说是好的，但许多评论对开幕式无关紧要。所以闭幕式时不要再说话了。请将评论声降到最小。最好，在屏幕下面用字幕说明在发生什么，解说员保持安静就好。

A reason may be because it the Olympics are in China and not in the U.S. If the Olympics were happening in the U.S it would be shown live and with less commercial breaks. I can't believe that there are commercials showing during the grand opening of the Olympics. I guess NBC needs the profits even during this 4 year event.

My comment is in reference to the broadcasters. They keep stating that politics within world governments, at this time, set aside etc... but they continue to talk about China's children and how years ago children were repressed.. etc. I wish they would do less talking and let the viewer watch the show. I can't fully appreciate the opening because of there comments, especially when they don't add anything, like the fact that the drummers are smiling. The broadcasters are distracting the beauty of the performances it's similar to someone at the cinema constantly asking, "What did I miss?"

其中一个原因也许是奥运会在中国而不是在美国。如果奥运会在美国，应该会直播，并且商业广告会少很多。我无法相信在宏大的开幕式当中竟然有商业广告。我猜NBC大概是想靠这4年一次的机会赚足利润。
我的意见跟广播员有关。他们一直在讲世界各国政府的政策如何，这次虽没说，但他们仍然在谈论中国的儿童以及多少年前中国儿童被压迫等等。我希望他们能够少说点，让观众看开幕式。我简直无法欣赏开幕式就因为他们的评论，特别是当鼓手们在笑时，他们什么都不说。这些解说员将表演中的美丽的一面都忽略掉了，就好像在电影院看电影时不停地问“我错过了什么精彩的地方吗？”

I REALLY wish they would shut their traps with the comments, interrupting the show.

Can they not just let us watch and actually hear what is going on without having to comment every 10 seconds? It is utterly disrespectful to the show and to the performers.

The comments are not needed nor wanted. They can have it on closed caption if they must comment on the action. We do not need a blow by blow. I can't hear the music through all of the lip service.

Please, can someone actually grow up and not treat us all like a bunch of 3rd graders, holding our hands?

I would mute the TV except I want to hear at least something of the performances.

我真希望他们能闭嘴，不要打断表演。
他们就不能停下来让我们观看，听听到底在演些什么，而不是每十秒就要评论一番？这完全是对表演和演员的不尊重。
这些评论根本就是多余的。他们可以在结束字幕时打上去如果他们真想发表评论的话。我们不需要一波接一波的评论。我都没办法听到节目中的音乐了。
请这些人不要把我们当成一群三年级学生好吗，手把手的。
我真想把电视调成静音，要不是我想听节目中的声音的话。

译者：下面的跟帖差不多都是这些抱怨的话，看来NBC这次真的做得很糟糕，激怒了很多观众，根本不让人好好欣赏。而且由于NBC延时录播，很多美国观众都很气愤
