林其蔚
声音艺术工作者，1971年生于台北。以装置、绘画、录影、行为、噪音等媒材，探讨“声音与身体”之主题。林其蔚是90年代台湾噪音演出场景中活跃的策划人之一，曾经主持台北县“后工业艺术祭”活动。其评论及翻译文字散见各大小艺术刊物。
2002年起接受国家艺术基金会赞助，推动“声音艺术百年”研究案。
目前林其蔚正在进行二十世纪声音艺术研究写作计划，以及中国古代声音艺术之翻译计划。

Lin-Chi-Wei,sound artist,writer,festival curator,Born in 1971,Taiwan.he started his research on sound art in the legendary group "Zero and Sound Liberation Organisation" since 1992, then turned to computer music research between 1997 to 2003. Since year 2004,he started his "human body based" analogical/digital music experiments. Through his 15 years of career,Lin tends to present his works in extremely diversed forms,such as Paintings,Installations, Videos,Records,Performances and Live-Concerts.however all these diversed forms do derives from his original concern-The imtimacy relationship between our "Body and Sound". Being one of the most active curator in taiwanese "noise" scene in 90s, Lin-chi-wei also work as writer and translator,His essays can be found in various art magazines,journals and internet sites. Between year 2003-2005,Lin organized the research project "100 years of sound art"(sponsored by National Culture and Art Fondation).At this moment he is working on 2 writing projects : "Art of Noises" (Sound arts in 20th century ) and "Philosophies and Practices of Sound in china-An historical research".

“声场”是白糖罐传播中国独立音乐／声音艺术的持续计划，旨在聚合中国独立音乐／声音艺术的能量，促成其在当代艺术场域和公共空间的发声，营造其独特的生态场景，促进其与公众社会的沟通和互动，发展其在文化环境中的存在空间。
“声场”包括：
一个生态：中国独立音乐／声音艺术是一个自给自足的生态链，核心价值是独立精神、创新思想、DIY手段、协同合作，涵盖了独立音乐／声音艺术的学习、创作、制造、发行、销售、传播、表演、交流、展览、评论等各个层面。作为其中的一环，白糖罐分担着发行／销售／展示／交流／传播等工作。
一个空间：设于中国当代艺术的主舞台——798艺术区内的白糖罐空间，是中国独立音乐／声音艺术的样品间和资料库，系统地整理了90年代以来的中国独立音乐／声音艺术资料，以空间陈列、现场试听、在线电台、流动展览等形式向公众开放。
一个场景：每个周日的下午，将有不同背景和探索方向的独立音乐／声音艺术家在白糖罐空间与公众见面，举行包括但不限于表演、放映、朗诵、讲座、讨论、教学、促销、workshop等形式的交流和互动活动。
