展览简介：
因为偶然的一次机会，安特卫普的 Eva Ephameron 遇到了生活在爱丁堡的 Nigel
Peake。Nigel在爱丁堡大学修完六年的建筑设计并取得毕业设计最高奖之后，开始独立的艺术与设计创作。Eva Ephameron在Sint
Lucas艺术学院取得纯艺术及插图设计的硕士学位后，也开始了自己的职业艺术家生涯并于2004年取得 the Flemish
Literature 基金，以及2005年的比利时Lonsdale ad campaign competition 的插图作品奖。
这两位艺术家的作品风格各不相同：Nigel在作品中着力表现另人惊异和极尽繁复的细节，而Eva
却关注于线条本身所能创造的意境。但是这两位艺术家对线条本身热爱以及这种形式作为他们对理解生活手段的探究，使他们萌发了策划一次共同展出的念头。今年10月，他们受到明净旨水，一家坐落在莫干山路画廊区，主要以展出和经营当代图形艺术、版画及设计师产品的小而精致的本地画廊的邀请，在上海举办他们的首次合展。

Exhibition Introduction:
Eva Ephameron, born in Antwerp, encountered Nigel Peake by chance, who lives in Edinburgh. Nigel graduated from Edinburgh University with the highest award for graduation design after six years’ study, and then started his art and design career. Eva Ephameron started his own professional art career after receiving his master degree for Pure Art and Illustration Design from the Saint Lucas Art College. He was sponsored by the Flemish Literature Fund and won the Illustration Work Award in the Lonsdale AD Campaign Competition in Belgium in 2005.
The duo shares different interpretations for arts: Nigel put much emphasis on astonishing and complicated details in his works; Eva then focus on the conception and atmosphere created by the lines themselves. But the common passion for the lines, as well as those artistic forms reflecting their understanding for life, has prompted the duo to co-exhibit their art works. In this October, they were invited by Gin Gallery, a small but delicate gallery devoted for the exhibition and operation of modern drawings, illustrations and design products, for their debut co-exhibition in Shanghai.
