太极禅国际文化发展有限公司是由李连杰先生、马云先生共同发起创办,以人人健康快乐,弘扬太 极禅文化为宗旨,通过将中国太极禅文化推向世界,从而实现让人类共同享受太极禅文化的健康快 乐生活理念这一目标。

太极禅公司将会给太极打造一个新的形象,让社会认识这个古老运动体系对现代人能带来的帮助。 为了促进大众强身健体,太极禅公司将推广一套朝气蓬勃、面向现代人而充满活力的太极训练体系, 符合都市以及年轻人的生活节奏和学习习惯。

此外,太极禅公司将推广太极平衡的思想,引领大众运用阴阳的角度来看待生活,迎接现代都市生 活所带来的挑战,并用平衡的心态来面对生活的各种压力。太极禅希望现代人能通过此新型训练方 式找到身体和心理的协调,并得到健康与快乐。
Taiji Zen Overview
In 2011, Jet Li and Jack Ma officially launched Taiji Zen International, a new movement to promote health and happiness through the practice of Taijiquan (also known as Tai Chi Chuan). Taiji Zen will express the philosophy of Taiji, which focuses on balance and harmony.

Core to this mission will be a re-branding of Taiji with a fresh image, conveying the relevance of this ancient system of maintaining mind and body to today's modern life. To encourage public health and fitness, Taiji Zen will promote a vibrant, simplified training program for Taijiquan, one that is better adapted to the lifestyle and learning habits of today’s youth and modern urban fitness consumers.

Additionally, Taiji Zen will express the basic philosophy of Taiji, reminding people to view the pressures of daily life through the lens of yin and yang – that with a balanced perspective and positive attitude, one can overcome any of life’s challenges. Through this unique training program for body and mind, Taiji Zen aims to provide a path to enhance physical and spiritual harmony, thereby helping people today achieve greater health and happiness.
