"Daily Chinese Word": Refresh and relish a sensitivity to Chinese.
“每日中文词”: 保持、享受一份对中文的敏感。

本组的目的在于与有相似兴趣的朋友－－我假定你对中文“有一种温情与敬意”－－分享读中文书和学习中文的乐趣。这个组的着眼点很小－－我们只谈词语，不写书评。如果你加入这个组，你将收到我（或做 Guest Editor 的朋友）从阅读中挑选的词语， 每日一条，从周一到周五。每个词语将配有中英文注释和例句。我希望在这里遇到与我有相同想法和类似品味的朋友，以做 Guest Editor 的形式轮流担起挑选每日一词的责任，实现多向的交流。

Welcome!

You've come to the right group if you share with me an interest for learning Chinese words beyond the high school level. If you choose to join this group, you will receive one Chinese word daily from this list, Monday through Friday. The words are picked from my (or Guest Editor's) readings. They will come with dictionary explanations and sample sentences. What I really have in mind for the future of this group is that the members of the group will share their choice of words by taking up the guest editor role on an alternating basis.

Please note that this group is not suitable for true beginners in learning Chinese--it is more geared towards adult native speakers who wish to refresh and relish a sensitivity to Chinese.
