科学家发现,晚睡晚起的人比早睡早起的人更聪明、记忆力更好。据澳洲悉尼大学和美国空军合作进行一项跨国研究,要求400名新兵填写问卷以判定属于早睡早起型或是晚睡晚起型,之后再进行记忆力及心理灵活度的相关测验。结果发现,晚睡晚起型无论在记忆力及智力方面的表现都比早睡早起型优秀。一些历史名人,如音乐神童莫扎特及著名哲学家笛卡儿都属于晚睡晚起型。科学家推测,因为远古时代夜晚常有野兽出没,能在晚间保持警觉的人较容易逃过野兽袭击而生存下来。如果科学家推测是正确的话,则基因的确会影响人类起床的时间。

适合这样的人群使用：
1. 拖延症患者
2. 比较多的时间都是对着电脑，或者根本就是靠电脑工作的人。
3. 英文较好，因为只有英文版的。

Pro版本是要收费，一般人使用免费版本的可以了，我一直都使用免费版的，已经完全足够了。

自己上这个网站下载，注册之后，要下载一个客户端软件安装到自己电脑上。
