经过1年多的发展和操作，UNCUT影像志无论在场地、合作方还是宣传上都已摸索出一套较为可行的运作模式。组织里有好几位成员都是学英文出身，广泛涉猎文学、哲学、电影知识，对自己的美学判断和品味深信不疑。

因此，我们认为UNCUT组织、宣传、放映乃至协助本地独立影像附国外参展的时机已经成熟。我们的目标是发掘国内外有想法、创意无限、自信的短片和长片，通过组织专场放映，互动交流等形式，让更多观众能接触到这些优秀但可能被人们忽略的，或者是难以找到公开展映机会的影像。同时，我们愿意协助优秀的独立策展人或导演翻译字幕、撰写文案以及报名参加国外影展等一系列事宜。我们组织内有不少成员有丰富的制作字幕经验，加上英语功底良好，电影知识扎实，提供全程后期制作协助不是问题。

我们亦正寻求一种双赢的合作模式，帮助作者降低后期制作的成本，只要我们认为这些影片是优秀的，我们将尽最大努力协助完场后期制作、电影宣传和公开展映。

只要您对自己的作品足够自信，只要您真的热爱电影、对影像美学有所追求，您就是我们的目标。UNCUT将会提供免费的场地展映、交流以及后期制作机会。

UNCUT影像志

After more than one year’s operation and development, Uncut Times has developed its capacity of venue screening, cooperation with other organizations and promoting classical and pioneering films. With our perception of literature, philosophy and movie, with our excellent English, Chinese and our taste on arts, Uncut will be carried on to a new stage of development.

So we believe that it’s time for Uncut to organize, promote and publicize the local and international indie short films and long feature films, as well as documentaries. Our target is to explore works that are capable of critical thinking, innovative and with aesthetic awareness. Through our special promotion, screening to and interaction with audience, we are expecting those excellent works to be shown to public and by taking such opportunities, to emphasize our mission of culture development and creativity advocacy. Meanwhile, we are willing to assist excellent local indie curators or directors for the post production of their films or exhibitions.

We are also looking for mutual cooperation with other organizations or individuals to assist our directors to reduce production cost through sponsors and personnel support. We will do our best to make public those excellent works.

Please contact us if you are confident of your works, if you are enthusiastic towards movies and has outstanding aesthetic tastes. Our exhibition, screening, interaction and post production assistance are all free and open to any eligible authors.

If you have such friends who are struggling to find a place to make his works public, or who have difficulties in productions, please let us know. We are expecting you to join us to contribute our endeavors on exploring and promoting our local excellent films.
