本月Electric Shadows将代理“一次性电影节”，选取其中本年度最优秀的“一次性电影”进行放映。


一次性电影节（DFF）于2007年成立，为了挖掘那些一次性电影的潜在艺术价值：所有短片均由非专业的器材拍摄，如一次性摄像机，手机，傻瓜相机，摄像头，电脑抓图软件，以及其他一些简陋但又随处可见的设备等。也正因为这种随手可得的拍摄装备，所以人们觉得是时候去对这种新颖又极具潜力的电影制作方式投去更多的注意。DFF还举办了很多电影放映，节目可在线观看，地址为：www.vimeo.com。很遗憾的是，该网站目前在中国已被关闭，但Electric Shadows有幸在中国首次介绍这种崭新的电影制作革命，并且组织DFF在北京地区的观影活动。

THE DISPOSABLE FILM FESTIVAL TAKEOVER

This month’s short screening is a Disposable Film Festival takeover, featuring a best of selection from this year’s festival.

The Disposable Film Festival was created in 2007 to celebrate the artistic potential of disposable video: short films made on non-professional devices such as one-time use video cameras, cell phones, point and shoot cameras, webcams, computer screen capture software, and other readily available video capture devices. With people everywhere gaining access to these devices, they felt the time was right to draw attention to the creative potential of this new mode of filmmaking. The DFF hosts screenings, and the programme is available online at www.vimeo.com however in recent weeks Vimeo has become the latest website to be blocked in China. At Electric Shadows we are committed to helping shape the evolution of filmmaking and public cinema in Beijing and are very pleased to be able to offer a platform for these films to be seen.(收起)
