梦工厂（DreamWorks SKG）是美国排名前十位的一家电影洗印、制作和发行公司，同时也是一家电视游戏，电视节目制作公司。它制作发行的电影有超过10部票房收入超过1亿美元，最成功的影片《史瑞克 2》收入差不多有4.42亿美元。
创立人是3个好莱坞重要人物David Geffen, Jeffrey Katzenberg和斯蒂芬·斯皮尔伯格，他们曾雄心壮志的要把它做成好莱坞新亮点，但是2005年12月，三位创立人决定把它卖给維亞康姆，这样梦工厂也就归到維亞康姆的总公司派拉蒙電影公司旗下。这个交易于2006月完成。梦工厂的动画部门2004年剥离出去成立了梦工厂动画公司, 现在它不属于維亞康姆/派拉蒙電影公司，但是它电影的世界发行由派拉蒙负责。
1999－2001年,梦工厂连续三年都获得奥斯卡最佳电影奖，获奖电影是美國心玫瑰情, 神鬼戰士(Gladiator)和美丽心灵 (后两部与Universal合作)。
